The do’s and don’t ‘s :
- All coaches MUST confirm their entries and their weight/category at Friday

o In person at the Novotel Hotel between 1600 – 20.00hrs |

o By phone +31 6 38826287 (Friday : 1600-2000) |
- All kumite participants (also the + category!) must weight, and get a official approval stamp.

o At Friday at the Novotel Hotel, Note: Then only, if required, it is possible to change (weight) category.

| |
o At Saterday (0800 – 0900 and 10.30 -11.30), Note, It is not possible anymore to change category. |
| |
o At Sunday (0800 – 0900). Note, It is not possible anymore to change category |
- The list of participants is published at the website,
- Please check, verify this list and in case of double entries, mismatches e.g. mail woc@karatebond.nl.
This list will be refreshed frequently
There will be a big LED screen with all the required information about the timeline, which category which tatami etc..
Competitors, please remain at your tatami while your category is running.
So please note that Friday (till 20.00hrs) at the latest it is possible to change weight/category.
Friday evening the draw will be take place.
Incase of weight/category mismatch, after the draw, the competitor can not participate!
